Profile I graduated with a Masters in Counselling degree from HELP University, and I am registered and licensed with the Malaysian Board of Counsellors. My desire is to support you in reaching your counselling goals and I look forward to journey with you towards achieving it. Amongst others, my work is guided by Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). I embody the Person Centered Therapy (PCT) in my work with clients, and I have also been trained in the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) modality. In my counselling practice, I see individuals, couples, and families. Additionally, I am a clinical member of the Malaysian Marriage and Family Therapy Association.

I believe everyone is unique, has the potential for growth and that we look for love and belonging through relationships. Growing up in Malaysia, I appreciate the different cultures and races that we have. After obtaining my Bachelor (Hons) in Applied Science (Physics) from Universiti Sains Malaysia, I started my engineering career in the Semiconductor-Electronics manufacturing industry where I stayed for 20 enriching years. In the corporate world, I was a technical contributor and later, in people management. Having a family of my own means managing my priorities and personal wellbeing. I also volunteer with non-profit organizations working amongst the youth, working adults and families.
