Mike & Judy serve as tentmakers training and speaking to couples and parents nationally. They are leveraging their experience in journeying with pre-marrieds and young couples in their church and community in Malacca and beyond. Today, they continue to train churches on how to develop strong homes, conduct marriage and parenting seminars/ workshops and consult churches on how to build a movement of couples who proactively seek to make their homes a lighthouse for transformation of society.The Ngs have consulting partnerships with various institutions and organizations nationally, they help train leaders to extend the base of leadership resources for family ministries nationwide. Married in 1984, Michael & Judy have two young adult girls, Esmeralda and Esperanza.

Michael holds a Diploma in Christian Counseling and Judy, a Graduate Diploma in Christian Counseling from Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary. Judy is also a consultant with Birkman International, a Certified Personality Behavior Analyst with Target Training International, and a counselor with Prepare/Enrich, using these tools in strengthening marriages. Both Michael & Judy are facilitators with the Praperkahwinan SmartStart program, a government program that seeks to build stronger marriages in Malaysia.
