Event Details

Mental disorders, such as depression, bipolar, and schizophrenia not only affects the individual, but also their family members, spilling over to the community and the church. Due to the lack of awareness and proper understanding of the mentally ill, society holds myths and misconceptions about the whole area of mental illness.

An informed caring, and forging a therapeutic relationship can greatly assist in the healing process, and bring satisfaction to the care givers. This course will bring awareness as to how the church can make a difference on sufferers and how its members can be a powerful channel of healing.
