Introduction

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted many areas of our lives. The indirect effects of this pandemic are economic losses due to business closures and loss in income, loss in jobs, and financial insecurity. This brings high stress and anxiety to people affected.

Adults who have been working most of their lives find stability in their jobs and career as this meet their financial, esteem, and relational needs. When faced with a job loss they are challenged psychologically and emotionally as the stabilising factors in their life have changed.

This webinar deals with the psychological and emotional impact of work-life transition in such losses. Learn practical ways to manage stress and anxiety, cope with the trauma of the job / economic loss and transition from joblessness to productivity.
